They are very dependable!! I would definitely recommend their services. They offer prompt service. Very reliable. They do a great job.

We are repeat customers with Chesapeake Property Services, having originally found them through Angie's List. Mr. Tsamouras replies promptly to emails, the workers are quiet and polite, and the price is reasonable. We had a power wash and stain done on our deck several years ago, and just recently had our gutters cleaned. They are coming back to replace a few missing shingles that were discovered during the gutter cleaning. I LOVE that I can schedule the jobs via email, and pay invoices online. When you work full time, constant phone tag with contractors can be a real hassle. Highly recommended.

Awful... Worse than before they came.
This company came recommended by a high school friend so I used them over other services. When I called the company to arrange the work to be done I shared with the representative that I am a first time home buyer and shared that I was having water issues at my house. There was water collecting at the bottom of the sidewalk. I wanted that looked at as well as to have my gutters cleaned out. In talking with the rep. I was informed they could look into it and help me find where the downspout was coming out, as I did not see the exit for the drain. After the two gentleman cleaned the gutters, they poured water down the gutter and it started overflowing at the bottom. They also helped dig holes to find where the pipe was coming out. They did not try to put them back where they helped dig. My yard is destroyed. It looks extremely worse than it started. I also was never told where the drain comes out which is something I requested in my original phone call to the company. The person I just got off the phone with is suggesting the miscommunication is coming from my end, BUT for me being upfront about the main water issue I had concerns with as well as me being a first time home buyer, I feel that the represenatives representing the company should have been forth coming and told me when I booked the appointment that I would need to contact a "underground drain repair" company. This information was only shared to me when I called to complain about my yard. The company should have told me at the first call that if it was a drain issue who I should call to fix the issue. My drainage issue never got resolved. The company claims they do minor repairs but are not clear as to what the minor repairs consist of. The crew that came out to my house were not pleasant. They were not friendly and very unclear about what the issue was specifically. This was a waste of my time and money. My issue has not been resolved.
